Led UX strategy and MVP delivery for the project-facing side of Ocean Matcher — an AI-powered platform that helps ocean-impact projects gain visibility and connect with aligned funders, programs, and experts. Translated complex research and multi-stakeholder goals into a validated prototype that set the strategic foundation for long-term product direction. Introduced the "Readiness Coach" concept and structured the platform's core pillars – Clarity, Readiness, and Guided Exposure – into guided dashboard flows. In addition to product leadership, contributed front-end development support during the final sprint to ensure platform readiness for launch at the United Nations Ocean Decade Conference 2025.

The tool is now used by the sales team to streamline proposal workflows and scale outreach with consistency.
