Led UX strategy and MVP delivery for the project-facing side of Ocean Matcher — an AI-powered platform that helps ocean-impact projects gain visibility and connect with aligned funders, programs, and experts. I translated complex research and multi-stakeholder goals into a validated prototype that set the strategic foundation for long-term product direction. My work introduced the “Readiness Coach” concept and shaped the platform’s core pillars — clarity, readiness, and visibility — through systems thinking and testable design flows. This work is part of the Ocean Matcher initiative being presented at the United Nations Ocean Conference 2025.
More Info →Conducted research and experience mapping to evaluate NFF’s supporter membership flows and ticketing ecosystem. I led journey mapping and synthesized insights from user interviews across three membership tiers. Explored how navigation, communication, and benefits structure could better align with user expectations and organizational goals. My work helped clarify how fragmented systems — spanning the NFF site, SecuTix, and Supporterklubben — impacted value delivery. I contributed actionable recommendations focused on community-building, clearer membership tiers, and platform-ready UX improvements.
Architected and built an internal tool that generates dynamic sales documents in both PDF and PowerPoint — reducing manual formatting and ensuring brand-aligned output for client-facing proposals. I used Sanity CMS in a novel way, transforming it into a modular content system and single source of truth. Built custom input components and layout modules that enable staff to create multiple tailored versions of company profiles. Export logic was developed using React-PDF and PptxGenJS. The tool is now used by the sales team to streamline proposal workflows and scale outreach with consistency.
Currently leading the strategy and design for Gimpville’s new employer-facing brand and website — aimed at positioning the studio as a global destination for top-tier VFX talent. The project will establish a narrative-led messaging system and modular CMS architecture to support recruiting, storytelling, and long-term growth. Planned features include flexible templates for role previews, testimonials, team spotlights, and studio culture. The system is designed to scale with Gimpville’s evolving brand — aligning content, design, and internal workflows into a unified digital platform.
